Seyed, owner of Ferdussi Restaurant has received his Masters Degree in management from University of New Hampshire and has been in restaurant business for last 21 years. Before he started his own business, he worked for many international and national restaurant chains and held positions as regional manager and district manager. He is considered one of the pioneers and founders of Persian Cuisine in America.
The staff at Ferdussi Restaurant are well trained by Seyed himself and he spends a great deal of his time to make sure everyone at his restaurant keeps up with the standards he has set for them.
Everything at Ferdussi Restaurant is designed to look first class. The impressive menus look more like album cover, and dinning room has a classic air to it. Servers look snappy in tuxedo shirts, bow ties and colorful paisley vests.
